I will incorporate standardized frailty and risk assessment tools into routine evaluation of patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma to better individualize treatment decisions

I will more consistently integrate patient fitness, comorbidities, and disease biology into frontline treatment selection for NDMM

I will better evaluate the biological rationale and emerging evidence supporting earlier use of BCMA-directed therapies in multiple myeloma

I will incorporate a more comprehensive understanding of the efficacy, safety, and logistical considerations of BCMA-targeted therapies into my clinical practice

I will be better able to assess which patients may benefit from earlier-line BCMA-directed therapies, in anticipation of their possible future use in NDMM
